Pastrami Style

Pastrami Style is our take on a mainstay of deli dining – in jerky form. We start with grass-fed beef marinated in a traditional pastrami brine. Then, slowly dehydrate – and voila! You have a deli-delicious nosh to take on a hike or serve at your nephew’s bar mitzvah. We call it Modern Jewish Style Jerky, and its kick-tochus-good!

Ingredients: Grass-fed beef, water, yellow mustard, cinnamon, allspice, dill seed, celery seed, bay leaf, chili peppers, cloves, caraway seed, ginger powder, brown sugar, salt, honey, smoked paprika, black pepper, garlic powder
