Pastrami Style is our take on a mainstay of deli dining – in jerky form. We start with grass-fed beef marinated in a traditional pastrami brine. Then, slowly dehydrate – and voila! You have a deli-delicious nosh to take on a hike or serve at your nephew’s bar mitzvah. We call it Modern Jewish Style Jerky, and its kick-tochus-good!

All Natural

We only use natural ingredients, grass-fed beef, and low amounts of sodium and sugar. We don’t use artificial preservatives, MSG, soy or gluten. It’s well-made and well-spice jerky. Period.

Chew On This

We donate a portion of the proceeds from every package to making life better for all. It’s our version of tikkun olam, the Jewish philosophy of pursuing justice by helping to heal the world. A little nosh can go a long way.
