Erupting with flavor and packing a layered, lingering heat (we use three different kinds of chili peppers!), Kilishi Style is our richly-spiced take on West Africa’s favorite jerky. It’s also a shoutout to the tens of thousands of Black Jews living in that part of the world. After all, our jerkies are inspired by Jewish foods, flavors, and people from across the globe. We only use natural ingredients, grass-fed beef and low amounts of sodium and sugar. We don’t use artificial preservatives, MSG, soy or gluten. It’s well-made and well-spiced jerky. Period.

This is our take on a mainstay of deli dinning – in jerky form. We start with grass-fed beef cut into strips and marinated for days in a traditional pastrami brine. Then, ever-so-slowly dehydrate – and voila! You have a deli-delicious, on-the-go treat to take on a hike or serve at your nephew’s bar mitzvah. That’s Modern Jewish Style Jerky at its best.
