Kilishi Style

Erupting with flavor and packing a layered, lingering heat (we use three different kinds of chili peppers!), Kilishi Style is our richly-spiced take on West Africa’s favorite jerky. It’s also a shoutout to the tens of thousands of Black Jews living in that part of the world. After all, our jerkies are inspired by Jewish foods, flavors, and people from across the globe. Enjoy a delicious nosh that comes with some food for thought.

All Natural

We only use natural ingredients, grass-fed beef and low amounts of sodium and sugar. We don’t use artificial preservatives, MSG, soy or gluten. It’s well-made and well-spiced jerky. Period.
